update time:2025-08-20

1、 Precautions before use

1. Read the instruction manual

Before use, carefully read the product label and instructions to understand the ingredients, dilution ratio, and applicable material range.

Confirm if the cleaning agent is suitable for the material of your water curtain system (such as metal, plastic, stainless steel, etc.) to avoid corrosion or damage.

2. Personal protection

Wear rubber gloves, goggles, and masks to avoid skin or eye contact with concentrated liquids.

Ensure good ventilation in the work area and avoid inhaling volatile gases.

3. Dilution ratio

Dilute according to the instructions (such as 1:10 or 1:20), excessive concentration may damage the equipment, and excessive dilution will affect the cleaning effect.

Prepare in a clean container to avoid mixing impurities.

2、 Precautions during use

1. System power outage

Before cleaning, turn off the power supply of the water curtain and disconnect the motor and water pump to prevent electrical components from short circuiting due to water ingress.

2. Pre treat dirt

For heavy oil or water stains, you can first use a soft cloth or brush to clean large stains on the surface, and then spray cleaning agent to improve the effect.

3. Spraying and soaking

Spray the diluted cleaning agent evenly on the surface of the water curtain or soak the detachable parts (refer to the instructions for the time, usually 5-15 minutes).

Avoid contact between cleaning agents and components such as bearings and motors to prevent corrosion.

4. Brushing and rinsing

Gently brush the gaps between the water curtain with a soft bristled brush, and spray the cleaning agent repeatedly for stubborn stains.

• Finally, flush with clean water to ensure no residue (residue may cause foam or corrosion in subsequent operation).

3、 Post use processing

1. Equipment inspection

After cleaning, check if the water curtain, pipes, and nozzles are blocked, and use a fine needle if necessary.

Confirm that the motor and circuit are dry before conducting a power test.

2. Wastewater treatment

The wastewater after cleaning may contain chemicals and should be treated according to local environmental regulations to avoid direct discharge into rainwater pipes or soil.

3. Storage conditions

Unused cleaning agents should be sealed and stored in a cool place, away from children, sources of fire, and high temperature environments.

4、 Safety Warning

1. Prohibition of mixed use

Do not mix with other acidic/alkaline cleaning agents as they may produce toxic gases or cause violent reactions.

2. Emergency response

Skin contact: Immediately rinse with clean water for 15 minutes, seek medical attention if severe.

Eye contact: Open the eyelids and continuously rinse and seek medical attention.

• Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting, drink plenty of water and seek medical attention, carry product label.

3. Disable Scene

• Avoid using aluminum water curtains (unless compatibility is clearly indicated), as it may cause oxidation corrosion.

5、 Maintenance suggestions

Regular cleaning: Adjust the frequency according to the hardness of the water quality (such as once a month in hard water areas and once a quarter in soft water areas).

• Water quality management: Use in conjunction with water treatment agents to reduce scale and algae growth, and extend cleaning cycles.
