The effects of potassium hydrogen persulfate composite salt on aquatic bottom improvement, disinfection, and antibacterial are evident, and it has almost no side effects. Potassium persulfate complex salt has a significant inhibitory effect on five common microorganisms.
After conducting a large number of infection experiments on fish, it was found that in the carp group infected with five types of aquatic pathogenic bacteria during the experiment, some fish were able to survive under different doses of persulfate powder.
Aeromonas hydrophila has a high lethality in in vivo experiments, and even high-dose fungicides cannot effectively control its morbidity and mortality. However, in vitro experiments, it is most sensitive to drugs, and low-dose potassium persulfate complex salt fungicides can inhibit its activity; Edwardsiella has lower lethality in in vivo experiments and is insensitive to drugs in vitro experiments.
Potassium hydrogen persulfate composite salt not only has inhibitory effects on these five types of bacteria, but also has bactericidal effects on other pathogenic bacteria, such as foot-and-mouth disease pathogens and Vibrio. Further research is needed to explore the specific antibacterial mechanisms of these five pathogenic bacteria by researchers.
