Disinfectants containing chlorine, iodine, aldehydes, phenols, biological extracts (essential oils), quaternary ammonium salts (benzalkonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride), and metal disinfectants (silver sulfate, silver nitrate) are all unilateral disinfectants.

Potassium persulfate produces H and acid, playing a dual disinfection role; The intermediate products are chlorine and chlorine oxide, which play a role in halogen disinfection; By releasing oxygen free radicals, it acts as an oxidant. Oxygen free radicals are active and functional components in products. A chain reaction occurs, oxidizing sodium chloride into chlorine and decomposing it into hypochlorous acid.

This product has no residue and has no harmful or teratogenic effects on humans and animals. At least so far, there have been no such reports. Potassium persulfate is the fifth generation disinfectant in China.
